Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup hung curd (thick yogurt)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Skewers
- Lemon wedges and chaat masala for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the hung curd, cream, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well to coat with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush with oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon wedges and chaat masala.
